Platform Rules

These Rules set out what is allowed and what is not on Getly Store, and how Getly Store enforces them. By using the platform — as a buyer or seller — you agree to these Rules together with our Terms of Service. In the event of a violation, Getly Store reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the account, hold or forfeit pending payouts, and take any other measure set out in these Rules.

Part A. Rules for Using the Platform

Rule 1. Honest Identity

Register under your real name or lawful business name. Provide accurate payment and identification details. Impersonation, use of another person's documents, or forged payout details are prohibited.

Rule 2. One Account

One user, one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, sanctions, or fees is prohibited. Linked accounts, once identified, are suspended together.

Rule 3. Allowed Content

Sell only what is permitted by law and by our rules. The following are prohibited: illegal content, NSFW/18+ material without proper labelling, malware, content infringing third-party rights, and other items listed in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Rule 4. Respect Copyright

Sell only content you have the rights to. On receipt of substantiated complaints (DMCA or equivalent), the item is removed. Repeat infringement leads to account suspension.

Rule 5. Fair Selling

Describe your items honestly and accurately. Do not mislead buyers through screenshots, previews, or descriptions. Substantiated buyer complaints trigger measures under Rule §14.

Rule 6. Fulfil Orders

Deliver paid items on time and in full. Systematic non-delivery or prolonged unexplained delays lead to suspension and to buyer refunds from withheld payouts.

Rule 7. No Fraud

False orders, payment-system manipulation, impersonation of other users, and any other conduct aimed at deceiving the platform, buyers, or sellers are prohibited.

Rule 8. Honest Reviews

Paid, fake, or coordinated reviews, rating inflation via linked accounts, and any other distortion of the rating system are prohibited.

Rule 9. Honest Payments

Do not abuse chargebacks. Repeated disputes above payment-system thresholds are treated as a breach and lead to suspension and to payouts being held.

Rule 10. No Spam

Bulk unsolicited messages, intrusive promotion, and any other abuse of the platform's communication system toward other users are prohibited.

Rule 11. Respect Others

Harassment, threats, abuse, and other harmful behaviour toward other users and Getly staff are prohibited.

Rule 12. AML Compliance

On Getly's request, provide the information needed to verify identity, beneficial owner, and source of funds. Until verification is complete, the account may be suspended and pending payouts may be held.

Part B. How We Enforce These Rules

Rule 13. Final Authority

Getly Store is the final arbiter of these Rules and the Terms of Service. We may, at our discretion, classify a user's conduct as a breach, choose the measure applied, and determine the amount of funds to be held or forfeited.

Rule 14. Suspension, Funds Held, and Forfeiture

On violation of these Rules or the Terms of Service we may, at our discretion: restrict account features, suspend the account temporarily, or terminate it; hold pending payouts for up to 180 days; on confirmation of the breach, forfeit the withheld funds (in whole or in part) and apply them toward refunds to buyers, compensation of the platform's costs, or other lawful use; decline payouts where the source of funds cannot be verified under AML/KYC. These measures may be applied with or without prior notice.

Rule 15. No Re-Registration

Persons whose accounts have been terminated for breach may not create new accounts — personally, through linked persons, or using other identifiers. Accounts created in circumvention of this prohibition are suspended immediately.

Part C. Buyer Protection, Appeals, and Other Provisions

Buyer Protection

Where buyer complaints about non-fulfilment, quality, or other breach are substantiated, Getly Store may issue a refund to the buyer from the seller's pending payouts. This does not deprive the seller of the right to appeal as described below.

Appeals

If you believe the decision was made in error, contact us at support@getly.store. We will consider the request in good faith and inform you of the outcome within a reasonable time. The final decision rests with Getly Store.

Cooperation with Authorities

We comply with binding requests from law-enforcement, regulatory, and judicial authorities to the extent and in the manner expressly required by that request and by applicable law. In response to such requests we may disclose the necessary information and suspend the account.

Changes

Getly Store may update these Rules. Material changes are published on the platform; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
