What does the Getly Trusted mark mean?
That Getly looked, not that a number crossed a threshold. A reviewer confirmed the seller is a real, identifiable publisher, opened their product files and checked them against the listing, and found no unresolved disputes. It says nothing about sales volume or ratings. Our other badges are for that.
How are sellers chosen?
By hand. Getly features one seller a week after reviewing their identity, files and history, and publishes the review alongside the badge. A store can also earn the mark by applying below. A person reads every application; nothing is scored automatically.
Can I apply?
Yes. Scroll to the bottom of this page and tell us why your store deserves the mark. We read every application. There's no minimum number of sales or products, just a real store with real, working files.
