The mark is a promise about the seller, not a claim about sales or ratings — that's what our other badges say, computed from data. Getly Trusted means a person checked: a real, identifiable publisher; the product files themselves, opened and matched against what the listing describes; and no unresolved disputes on the account.

What does the Getly Trusted mark mean?
That Getly looked, not that a number crossed a threshold. A reviewer confirmed the seller is a real, identifiable publisher, opened their product files and checked them against the listing, and found no unresolved disputes. It says nothing about sales volume or ratings — that's what our other badges are for.
How are sellers chosen?
By hand. Getly features one seller a week after reviewing their identity, files and history, and publishes the review alongside the badge. A store can also earn the mark by applying below — every application is read by a person, not scored automatically.
