VOLUME TIERS

Sell more, pay less

Your platform take is set by last month's completed sales. Cross a threshold and next month's rate drops — automatically, with no plan to pick.

This month's completed sales set next month's rate. New sellers keep 90% for their first 90 days.

OWN TRAFFIC = 10%

Your audience, your rate

When a buyer arrives through a channel you own, the platform take is always 10% — regardless of your volume tier. It's how we never charge you for demand you brought yourself.

In your first 90 days you already keep 90% on every sale, from any source.

Your personal ?sref= link

Every seller gets a personal referral link. A purchase within 24 hours of that click counts as your own traffic.

Pay-Widget embeds

Sales through the Buy button you embed on your own site or blog count as your own traffic.

Telegram-store sales

Purchases made inside your Telegram Mini App storefront count as your own traffic.

THE FLOOR

The one honest exception

On card orders under about $6, the processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is most of the sale price. We never take less than our cost plus 2%, so very small card orders pay that floor instead of your tier rate. Crypto orders (~0.5% cost) never reach it.

Pricing FAQ

How do the volume tiers actually work?
Your platform take for a given month is set by your completed sales in the previous calendar month. Pass $500 and next month is 17%; $2,000 makes it 15%; $10,000 makes it 12%. You never pick a plan and the drop is automatic — this month's sales simply set next month's rate.
What counts as “my own traffic”?
Three things: a purchase within 24 hours of a click on your personal ?sref= link, a sale through a Pay-Widget you embed on your own site, and a purchase inside your Telegram Mini App store. Any of these is charged at 10% no matter your volume tier, because you brought the buyer.
What is the floor and when does it apply?
We never take less than our payment-processing cost plus 2%. On card orders that's 2.9% + $0.30 per order, so on very small card sales (under about $6) that fixed 30¢ makes the cost exceed your normal tier rate — those orders pay the floor. Crypto costs about 0.5% with no fixed fee, so crypto orders never hit the floor.
Does this rate apply to Getly Pro and subscriptions?
No. This page is about one-time product sales. Getly Pro (the buyer subscription that pools payouts to sellers) and your own recurring member plans settle on their own separate terms — the volume tiers and own-traffic rate here don't change those.
How do refunds affect my volume?
Volume counts completed sales. A refunded order is not a completed sale, so it doesn't count toward the prior-month total that sets your next rate — and you're never charged commission on money you refunded.
How does the 90-day new-seller promo interact with the tiers?
For your first 90 days you keep 90% on every sale from any source — the best of the promo, your volume tier and the own-traffic rate always wins, so the promo can only help. After 90 days you settle onto your normal tier, while own-traffic sales stay at 90% forever.
