How to use

Read START HERE, replace the example roster and keep IDs unique. Add nominations and enter one selected Book ID per member in BALLOTS. Formulas count matching IDs and look up titles. Use matching Meeting IDs across the schedule, attendance and notes. Review the dashboard and agree your group’s voting and tie rules.

Formats and compatibility

XLSX, SVG motif and plain-text documentation. Formula behavior was tested by recalculating copies in LibreOffice Calc. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets were not directly tested. Excel 2016+ or LibreOffice Calc 7+ is recommended; after Google Sheets import, verify formulas, dropdowns, formatting and artwork yourself. Print pagination varies. A compatible desktop spreadsheet editor needs no subscription, external API or network connection to use these files.

Important limits

One active vote round at a time. Duplicate-ID checks warn but do not enforce eligibility, one vote per person, anonymity, deadlines or privacy. A tie displays the first nomination with the highest total; it does not decide your tie rule. Extend related formulas/validations beyond the prepared rows. Meeting links are plain text: no calendar integration, reminders, sync, email automation, password protection, permissions manager or hosted real-time collaboration. Contact/attendance records can be personal information; agree access and retention and keep backups. Example figures are fictional, not customer results.
