Telegram Order Exporter is a local Python utility for freelancers, creators, analysts, operators, and small businesses that receive orders through Telegram and need a repeatable way to turn chat exports into structured order records.

No Telegram API key is required. No bot token is required. The core workflow runs locally on your computer.

OUTPUT FILES

If the main output is orders.csv, the tool also creates:

• orders_review.csv - candidate orders that need human review.

• orders_duplicates.csv - repeated message IDs or order IDs.

• orders_summary.json - run metadata, counts, scope, and status summary.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Export the Telegram chat in machine-readable JSON using Telegram Desktop.

2. Run the included exporter against the JSON file.

3. Review the accepted CSV together with the review and duplicate files.

4. Import only the rows you approve into Excel, Google Sheets, a CRM, or another operational system.

The parser is intentionally not a general natural-language order AI. It does not claim to understand arbitrary conversations. Unclear records are flagged rather than silently guessed.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

The core product makes no network requests. Telegram export data remains on the local machine while it is processed.

The product does not request Telegram passwords, sessions, Bot Tokens, API IDs, API hashes, or cloud credentials.

Because Telegram exports can contain personal data, buyers should process only records they are authorized to use and store source/export files securely.

FORMULA INJECTION PROTECTION

CSV values that could be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas are protected by default when written to the output.

This protection can be disabled explicitly with the documented --no-safe-csv option, but only for validated downstream workflows.

REVIEW SAFETY

Missing required fields and unsafe or non-numeric amounts remain in the review queue even when --include-candidates is used.

This prevents an option intended for low-confidence records from bypassing hard validation.

FULL EXPORTS AND CHAT FILTERS

For full exports, the tool can process multiple chats and optionally filter by chat name or chat ID.

• Python 3.11+

• Telegram Desktop machine-readable JSON export

• No third-party runtime packages

LIMITATIONS

• The product does not connect directly to Telegram.

• The product does not send messages or create bots.

• The product does not guarantee perfect extraction from free-form conversations.

• Telegram may change its export structure over time. Unsupported root structures are rejected rather than silently converted.

LICENSE

Commercial use is allowed for the purchaser's own business and client projects.

The scripts may be modified for internal workflows.

Resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or re-packaging of the original source files as a competing product is prohibited.

IMPORTANT

Always run --dry-run on a new export before processing a large or sensitive dataset.

Process only Telegram records you are authorized to access and use.

Do not upload or share private Telegram exports with third parties unless you have the required authorization.
