RefereePilot is a deterministic research prototype for governed self-evolution: strategy proposers may submit immutable candidates, while a frozen statistical referee decides what enters the certified set. Features: - Registers immutable strategy/factor candidates with deterministic IDs and fixed universe slots. - Accepts only observations timestamped after submission. - Whitens bounded daily scores with a shrunken lag-one autocorrelation estimate. - Maintains an admission e-process for each pending candidate. - Applies online e-BH across all candidates ever submitted. - Runs a restarted e-detector on admitted candidates to detect edge decay below a viability threshold. - Separates statistical certification from execution via a persistence/holding-horizon layer. - Emits a hash-chained JSONL journal for replay and audit. - Includes deterministic round-robin and discounted-UCB proposers plus synthetic planted-truth campaigns. - It does not place trades, custody funds, sign transactions, or connect to live venues. --- *Trading software carries risk of financial loss.
