Product Description
GN Artist Toolkit — 53 Geometry Nodes tools with plain sliders
Geometry Nodes is the most powerful thing in Blender and the least used. GN Artist Toolkit gives you 53 ready-made node setups as ordinary modifiers: pick one from the sidebar, drag a slider, done. No node editor, no noodles, no maths.
What it solves
Every artist has hit the same wall. You want copies around a circle, a proper twist, grass only on the flat ground, or bolts spaced along a seam. In Geometry Nodes each of those is fifteen minutes of wiring and a mental model of fields. So most people build it once, lose the file, and rebuild it next month.
This is that library, already built and already tested. Each tool arrives as a normal modifier, so it keyframes, it drives, it stacks, and it applies exactly like every other modifier you know.
53 tools in five groups
- Arrays (12). Circular, grid, spiral, linear, brick, hexagonal, 3D ring, along a curve, mirror, radial tilt, random scatter and a Fibonacci sunflower pack.
- Deformers (13). Twist, taper, wave, bend, stretch, shear, spherify, inflate, noise displace, bulge, twist around any axis, melt and jitter.
- Scatter (8). Over a surface, by slope, by height band, along edges, along a curve, inside a volume, by painted weight, and Poisson with a guaranteed minimum gap.
- Curves (4). Sweep a tube, a flat ribbon or a twisted rope along any curve, and grow one along the curve for a line that draws itself on. Used on a mesh they thicken its edges into a wireframe.
- Utility (16). Realize, merge, shade smooth, edge-wear mask, cavity mask, extrude, solidify, triangulate, subdivide, convex hull, bounding box, symmetrize, set material, flip normals, weld-simplify and delete small parts.
Built to fit any model
Every tool measures your object's own bounding box instead of asking you for a size you would have to go and read off the model. The same defaults look right on a two metre character and on a two centimetre bolt. Deformers pivot on the base of the object, not the world origin, so nothing flies off when the mesh sits above the floor.
New in 1.1: it remembers how you work
- Favourites. Star the tools you actually use and they are pinned to the top of the browser, in every file you open.
- Recently used. The last six tools you added stay one click away, so a repeated job stops being a hunt.
- Presets. Save any tool's settings under a name and apply them later, in any project. Object and material choices come along too.
- Copy to Selected. Dial a look in on one object, then hand the whole stack to every other selected object. Modifiers they already have are updated rather than duplicated.
- Randomise Seeds. Twenty scattered rocks that all look identical is the oldest complaint there is. One button gives every object its own arrangement.
Details that save time
- Search across everything. Type "hex" and get it without guessing which tab it lives under.
- Apply to every selected object at once with one toggle.
- Every slider has a real tooltip explaining what it does in plain words.
- Clean-up that respects your work. Remove and purge only ever touch the toolkit's own node groups. Geometry Nodes you built yourself are never deleted.
- Nothing is a black box. Each tool is a normal node group, so you can open it and take it apart whenever you want to learn how it works.
Honest about what it is
Two tools are named for what they actually do rather than what would sell better. Simplify welds nearby vertices, which is not Blender's Decimate and has no target triangle count. Cavity AO Mask is a fast proximity estimate, not a ray-traced occlusion bake. Both say so in their own tooltips.
Tested, not assumed
787 automated checks run against every release in a clean Blender. Every one of the 53 tools is verified to build, to evaluate, to produce no broken numbers, to survive an object scaled up and down a hundred times, and to keep working when the object sits far from the world origin. Every single slider is proven to change the result, so nothing ships as a control that quietly does nothing.
Requirements
Blender 4.2 LTS or newer. Windows, macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon) and Linux. No external downloads, no dependencies, no internet connection.
