Float like the Sea — Mini Bilingual Wellness Ebook for Kids & Parents
Bilingual (ES/EN) mini wellness ebook: 6 two-minute jellyfish-inspired calm exercises with soft watercolor illustrations, a floating plan checklist and a jellyfish to color.
Product description
Float like a jellyfish and let the calm arrive. Flota como el Mar is a mini bilingual (ES/EN) wellness ebook for kids & parents: 6 two-minute calm exercises inspired by real jellyfish — The Pulsing Bell, Float Slowly, Drift with the Current, The Fried Egg Jellyfish Anchor, Dancing Tentacles and The Night Jellyfish.
Each exercise comes with its own soft watercolor illustration of a real jellyfish — moon, lion's mane, Pacific sea nettle, fried egg and mauve stinger — and simple step-by-step instructions in Spanish and English: breathe with the pulsing bell, float weightlessly, let worries drift away with the current, anchor yourself like the fried egg jellyfish, move mindfully like dancing tentacles, and sink into sleep with the night jellyfish. Includes a floating plan checklist to track your practice and a jellyfish to color in calm.
Digital download (11-page PDF, US Letter, print-ready). Personal use license.
