Your First 3 Lessons — Forms and Templates is a 12-page collection of reusable tutor forms for A2–B1 adult English lessons. It supports planning from the first conversation through the next month of lessons.

WHY IT HELPS

The forms are designed to help tutors remember what matters: the learner’s real needs, what happened during a task, what support was used and what to try next.

You do not need to complete every form for every lesson. The pack explicitly encourages you to use what you need.

HOW TO USE IT

Start with the learner profile and one agreed goal. Choose planning, observation or feedback sheets when they are useful, then use the four-week plan after the first three lessons.

The fields can be typed into using a PDF reader or the pages can be printed. The file is designed for A4 and also works on US Letter using “Fit”.
