FAQ (company-specific)

1. How do the 10 seats work? Name 10 managers/employees of your company in the Seat List in TEAM-README.md. Each named seat holder may use the full packet for claims on properties your company manages or owns. Seats are named individuals, not shared logins.
2. How do I add or replace a manager? Add a name to the Seat List (up to 10 active seats, no extra payment). When a manager leaves, replace their name and have them delete their copies. See TEAM-LICENSE.md.
3. What if we need more than 10 seats? Buy another Team License pack. Seats accumulate: 2 packs = 20 seats, 3 packs = 30 seats. Do not run more active seats than (packs) × 10.
4. Can we use it across all our properties? Yes — all properties the licensed company manages or owns. The Team Tracker is built for exactly that: one row per claim, across properties and managers.
5. Can we share it with another company, a sister company, or a contractor? No. Each pack covers ONE legal entity. Sister companies, subsidiaries, franchises, or separate legal entities each need their own pack.
6. Do we get a company invoice / receipt? You receive the store's standard purchase receipt for the order. For the license record, fill in the License Certificate in TEAM-LICENSE.md with your company name, purchase date, and order reference.
7. We only have 2–3 managers. Should we buy the team pack? Probably not — 2–3 single-user packets ($19 each) are cheaper than the $79 team pack. The team pack is the cheaper choice at 5+ seats.
8. Does the pack guarantee our claims will be approved or paid? No. Nothing guarantees approval or payout. The packet helps your team assemble complete, factual, on-time claims.
