Projectly is different — it's a complete, interconnected product you can click through end to end. Create a task and watch it show up instantly on the dashboard, the project's detail page, and the analytics charts, because everything reads from the same underlying data store. Bulk-select twenty tasks and change their status in one click. Invite a team member, change their role, filter the team directory by status. Open the ⌘K command menu and jump anywhere or fire a quick action without touching the mouse. This is what your product should feel like on day one — not a mockup you have to finish building before it's honest.

Under the hood it's a genuine product surface, not a single page. The Dashboard pulls live-derived metrics, a task completion trend chart, a workload overview, priority tasks, upcoming deadlines, and an overdue-tasks callout so the most urgent thing is never buried. Projects is a searchable, status-filterable card grid with a create/edit modal and a detail page with tabs for tasks and activity. Tasks is a sortable, filterable, paginated data table with row selection, bulk status updates, bulk delete, a validated create/edit form, and a detail drawer — and it collapses into touch-friendly cards on mobile instead of forcing a horizontal scroll. Team, Analytics, Notifications, and Settings (profile, workspace, notification preferences, light/dark/system theme) round out a product that feels complete rather than half-built.

Nothing here requires a backend to try. The entire app runs on a typed mock service layer with realistic seed data — no API keys, no database, no environment variables. But it's not a dead end: every service (tasks, projects, team, analytics, notifications) sits behind one interface and one composition file, so swapping in your real API is a matter of implementing that interface and changing a single import — no feature code touched. Rebranding is just as contained: one CSS token file drives every color in the app (including the charts), the product name lives in a handful of clearly documented spots, and adding a new page, nav item, or table column follows a documented, repeatable pattern instead of hunting through the codebase.

Built with React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI (via a small shadcn-style component layer), React Router, Framer Motion, Recharts, TanStack Table, React Hook Form, and Zod — every dependency free and open-source, full attributions included. Quality wasn't an afterthought: light and dark themes (dark by default), a mobile-first responsive layout down to phone width, animations that respect the OS "reduce motion" setting, and a dedicated accessibility pass that fixed WCAG AA contrast failures, a heading-hierarchy skip, and focus-restoration on every dialog and drawer in the app. What you get: the full source code, seven documentation files (installation, architecture, customization, components, mock services, deployment, troubleshooting), and a changelog showing the real polish history behind it.
