## Description

A self-hosted source-code starting point for a text-based customer-support and sales-assistance inbox: Node.js/TypeScript API and worker, React dashboard, PostgreSQL/Prisma schema and migrations, WhatsApp Cloud API/Telegram/Messenger text adapters, OpenAI/Anthropic adapters, catalog-guided replies and human takeover. Implemented code paths are not proof of verified live provider operation or approved accounts. This is MVP/starter source, not a hosted SaaS or an operating business. It is not production-ready or production-validated.

Includes source, tests, dependency manifests/lockfile, setup and operations documentation, deployment scaffolding and the application's local synthetic demo. Separate standalone public-demo files are excluded. The public preview is a scripted frontend simulation, not evidence of real customers, revenue, provider approval or production performance.

## Single licence — non-exclusive commercial license

**Single licence (Commercial License) — US$99:** One distinct commercial end product.

This license is perpetual and non-transferable. Each permitted product may have unlimited users and deployments; this is a legal usage allowance, not a technical capacity or uptime guarantee. You may charge for hosted access to the functionality of licensed products. Distinct products count separately against the selected tier's allowance.

Employees and contractors may access proprietary source only under confidentiality and solely to develop or operate the licensed product(s) for the buyer; they receive no independent reuse or distribution rights. No source-code delivery to clients or other third parties, resale, publication, redistribution or sublicensing is permitted, including modified, renamed or rebranded copies, except for that narrow employee/contractor access. Compiled frontend assets necessary to use the hosted interface may be served; reusable source bundles and source maps may not be delivered.

The license is non-exclusive and may be offered to multiple buyers; it covers only source material and rights the licensor is authorized to license. Third-party components retain their independent rights. This is not a transfer of ownership or an exclusive acquisition. Source restrictions are contractual, not DRM or a guarantee against copying/leaks. LICENSE version 1.2 controls; an authorized purchase record must identify the seller, buyer, selected tier, licensed product(s), package version and final archive SHA-256.

## AI disclosure and important limits

Developed with AI assistance. No AI contribution percentage, comprehensive human review, exclusive copyright in AI-generated material or complete provenance/rights clearance is claimed. Five original dependency-text gaps have version-linked upstream source evidence; two remain unresolved: [email protected] and @napi-rs/[email protected]. Complete third-party/native-binary/transitive clearance is not asserted.

No payment processing, verified paid orders, inventory reservation, attachments or bulk/template campaigns. A checkout link is not a payment or verified sale. The dashboard is not a complete CRM or full administrative settings interface. AI responses can be wrong and need appropriate human oversight.

Technical installation and review are required. Buyer supplies hosting, provider accounts/permissions, credentials and external fees, and validates API/model compatibility, security, privacy, load and deployment. The unchanged underlying application code previously passed **43 tests (38 API and 5 UI)** in the historical rc2 PostgreSQL-backed local validation. These are historical local results, not a fresh rc5, rc6, rc7 or rc8 test run, and do not establish live provider operation, production readiness or guaranteed sales. No application tests, installation, build, runtime checks or security audit were rerun for rc5, rc6, rc7 or rc8.
