What it is

A template pack for small online stores that want an AI assistant to handle after-sales conversations (shipping questions, returns and exchanges, complaints, compensation requests) while keeping humans in control of decisions. You keep your own store facts in a simple 4-document knowledge base; the prompt itself never needs editing, so you can reuse it across stores.

What's included (English + Chinese, Markdown + PDF)

• Universal after-sales system prompt with short paste instructions for ChatGPT (Custom GPT / Projects), Coze and Dify. It covers: triage into inquiry / return-exchange / complaint / shipping; step-by-step ticket collection; handoff rules with a handoff summary; compensation wording only from your approved list; an AI disclosure on first contact; it never claims to be human; it resists prompt-injection attempts.

• 33 scenario reply scripts per language: shipping & logistics (6), order chasing (5), returns & exchanges (7), negative reviews (5), compensation claims (5), angry customers (5). Each is written in a policy-safe way ("I can request X for you, subject to approval") with placeholders for your store details.

• Knowledge base templates: FAQ table, return/exchange policy, shipping SLA table, reply-templates document. Sample rows are clearly marked EXAMPLE.

• Handoff summary + ticket summary templates with a field list and a priority guide.

• One-page usage guide with a 10-step pre-launch self-test and risk reminders (AI labeling, no unauthorized commitments, data minimization).

• Notion import kit: CSV databases (FAQ, Shipping SLA, Reply Scripts, Tickets) and pages, plus import instructions.

Built-in risk-reminder guardrails, not legal advice

The prompt and scripts are written to avoid promising refunds or compensation without approval, to avoid asking for sensitive data (card numbers, passwords, codes, ID documents), and to avoid inventing tracking information. Compensation is never tied to positive, deleted or follow-up reviews. These are risk reminders only; you are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your business and sales channels. AI-generated replies must be labeled as AI as required by each platform.

Compatibility

Designed for AI tools that accept a system prompt plus knowledge files, e.g. ChatGPT, Coze, Dify. This pack is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms. Results depend on the AI model, your tool settings and the quality of your knowledge base. Test before going live (a checklist is included).

What it is not

Not software, not a hosted bot, and not an integration. It doesn't connect to your store, and it doesn't send messages for you.
