Between the listing fee, transaction fee, payment processing and ads, the money that lands in your bank is not the number on the sale. This tracker starts from the rate YOU pay - not a made-up average - and answers three questions a fee calculator alone cannot:

• What did I keep on this order? Line by line: gross, fees, net payout, item cost, shipping, profit, margin.

• What should I charge? Break-even price and the price that leaves you the margin you decided you need.

• What must I keep back? One number to move to a separate account so tax season is not a surprise.

• Dashboard - revenue, fees paid, fee share of revenue, net profit, margin, average profit per order, best platform by profit, and the one table most sellers never build: what each marketplace really costs you (revenue, fees, fee share and profit per platform, side by side).

• Orders - log date, platform, price, shipping charged, discount, item cost and shipping you paid. Fee %, fees, net payout, profit and margin calculate themselves; refunded orders are flagged and excluded from revenue.

• Pricing - the calculator that pays for the file: enter cost, shipping and your target margin, get break-even price (below it you pay the customer), target price, profit at your price, and a verdict in words.

• Monthly - revenue, fees, cost of goods, profit, margin and orders per month, with a profit chart and cumulative profit.

• Settings - currency, your tax rate, tax base (profit or gross income), set-aside buffer, fiscal year, cash on hand, other business expenses. Six cells, then you never touch configuration again.

Why there are no country rates inside

Fees and tax rates differ by category, country, legal form and account age - hardcoding them would be a lie the day after you buy. You put your own rate in one cell and your own platform rates in one table. Works for the US, UK, EU, Ukraine or anywhere.

How it works in practice

1. Open Platforms, replace the presets with the rates from your seller dashboard (5 minutes, once a quarter).

2. Log orders in Orders; every row shows net payout and profit immediately.

3. Before listing a new product, put its cost into Pricing and read the break-even price.

4. Read Tax -> STILL TO SET ASIDE and move that money on payout day.

FAQ

• Does it work in Google Sheets? Yes - import the .xlsx. Every formula is standard (SUMIFS / COUNTIFS / INDEX / MATCH / IFERROR), no macros, no add-ins. Also works in Excel 2016+, Microsoft 365 and LibreOffice.

• I sell on more than one platform. That is the point: 7 presets shipped, one name typed into the Orders sheet switches the whole fee model, and the Dashboard ranks platforms by profit.

• I sell digital products, no shipping. Leave the shipping columns at 0 - everything else works unchanged.

• Is this tax advice? No. It is a tracker; your rate and your rules are yours to confirm with an accountant.
