Most gym and fitness studio websites look the same: a hero photo of someone mid-deadlift, a price table, and a contact form — closer to a flyer than an experience. FORGE was built to break that pattern. It's built around a "Training Ritual" concept: a recurring visual language of sets, reps, timing, and progress that turns the act of scrolling itself into something that feels physical, disciplined, and premium. Deep charcoal tones, a bold accent color, condensed display type, and scroll-driven "session" interactions make the site feel less like a brochure and more like the first ten minutes of a real training block — and that feeling is exactly what gets a visitor to actually book.

This isn't a single scrolling landing page — it's a complete, multi-page site built around a real user journey: discover a program, meet the coach who runs it, understand the space it happens in, and request a session. The homepage carries a hero, manifesto, a training-method walkthrough, program highlights, a signature scroll-driven "Training Session" sequence, animated performance metrics, a coach spotlight, and an immersive studio showcase. From there, /session lets a visitor pick a training type (Strength, Conditioning, Performance, or Recovery) and watch its duration, intensity, focus, and format update live before they continue to request it. /programs and /programs/[slug] give you a filterable program list plus full detail pages; /trainers and /trainers/[slug] do the same for your coaching roster, complete with philosophy, specialties, and bookable session types. /studio is an interactive walkthrough of your training zones, /journal is a filterable articles index with reading-progress tracking, and /faq, /contact, /privacy, /terms, and a branded 404 round out a site where every button leads somewhere real — no dead links, no placeholder-only routes.

Every piece of visible content — programs, trainers, session types, studio zones, journal articles, FAQ, navigation, even brand name and contact details — lives in plain, typed data files under src/data and src/config. There's no CMS and no backend to configure: you open a file, edit an object, and the page rebuilds itself around it. The /contact form is a genuine frontend-only implementation — it validates input, then hands the message to the visitor's own email client via a mailto: link, so there's nothing to wire up and nothing silently swallowed by a server that doesn't exist.

Built with Next.js 16 (App Router) and TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS, and animated with Framer Motion — including full prefers-reduced-motion support, with the scroll-pinned sections falling back to a static, fully reachable layout automatically. What you get: semantic HTML with visible keyboard focus states and correct ARIA roles throughout; responsive images via next/image; unique metadata, Open Graph tags, and canonical URLs on every route; an auto-generated sitemap.xml and robots.txt kept in sync with your actual data; and animations built on transform/opacity for smooth, GPU-friendly performance. Ready to deploy on Netlify out of the box (included netlify.toml + official Next.js plugin), and deploys cleanly anywhere Next.js runs, including Vercel.
