HOW TO USE IT

Start with the needs conversation and choose a relevant goal. Read the teacher notes, then print or share only the learner pages for that lesson.

Read the listening scripts aloud and take the colleague’s role during exchanges. Keep teacher-only information out of the learner’s view until the activity is complete.

Use online or in person. Print on A4 at actual size, or select “Fit” for US Letter. Colour printing is optional. You can also annotate the PDF using a compatible PDF reader; it is not an interactive fillable form.

FOR ADULT ENGLISH TUTORS

Designed for one-to-one teaching with adults around A2–B1 who can already exchange simple information in English.

The focus is routine workplace communication. It does not teach specialist job procedures or provide a formal language-level assessment.
