What the numbers say: nightly medians run from 160 USD in Portland to 281 in Seattle, 226 across all 8 cities. 67,526 entire homes (74 percent), 21,402 private rooms, 1,371 hotel rooms, 447 shared. 11,594 rows carry no price and ship verbatim. Zero duplicate listing ids across cities. Medians, not means, because prices are heavy tailed. Same schema as the 6-city volume, zero shared cities: volume 1 covers Austin, Nashville, Denver, New York, Las Vegas and San Diego.
