What it does

Post once in your main channel and this bot instantly copies it to all your other channels. Text (with formatting), photos, videos, files, stickers and albums are kept exactly; edits and pins sync too.

Note: Telegram's Bot API can't detect deletions, so deleting a source post won't delete the copies (explained in the guide).
