What it does

A ready-to-run Telegram bot that publishes your scheduled posts to your channel. Plan posts in a spreadsheet (CSV: time, text, optional photo URL) or add them with /add.

Features

- Posts exactly on time; never posts the same row twice, even after restarts or crashes

- Late posts after downtime are skipped and reported, not dumped all at once

- Admin commands: /queue, /add, /del, /retry

- Time zone offset support; photo posts optional

- Token never logged, admin-only commands, single-instance lock, no open ports
