Keep every holiday card address in one place and see at a glance who still needs a card. This .xlsx workbook has a Contacts sheet with 150 rows, a Summary sheet, and a README sheet.

How it works: add each person or household with a group (Family, Friends, Work, Neighbors, School, Other), street, city, state or region, ZIP or postal code, and country. Mark Send card? Yes or No, then mark each card Sent with the date, and note when a card arrives from them. You can also pick a card type (Card, Photo card, Letter, E-card) and log postage. The Summary fills in by itself: names by group, cards sent and still to send, a progress percentage, cards received, people who sent you a card but aren’t on your send list, total postage, and how many paper cards to buy (E-card and Letter rows are not counted). An optional budget box adds cards, photo prints, postage, and other costs and shows “Over budget” in words, not just a color.

What you get: a BLANK workbook, a SAMPLE workbook with invented example names and addresses, and a README. Every dropdown, date, and amount cell shows a short help message, and dropdowns reject typed entries that aren’t on their list; text pasted into a cell can bypass this check. Each sheet is set up to print one page wide on US Letter paper. The print layout was checked as PDF; it has not been test-printed on paper.

Compatibility: Tested in LibreOffice Calc. Google Sheets not tested. Excel not tested.
