Plan your birthday gift shopping and see how much you have left to spend. This .xlsx workbook has a Budget sheet, a Gift List with room for 100 gifts, and a People sheet for up to 30 people.

How it works: enter your total budget and a gift budget for each person. On the Gift List, pick the person from a dropdown, add the gift idea, where to buy it, the budget, and the actual cost, then set a status (Idea, Ordered, Bought, Wrapped, Given). The Budget sheet adds everything up per person and overall, shows spent and remaining, and marks anything over budget with the words “Over budget,” not just a color. A Party Guests sheet (up to 50 guests or families, adults and kids counts, an RSVP dropdown, and Favor given?) and a Return Favors sheet (quantity × cost each) are included; favor costs count toward your total. A Deal Tracker compares a regular price with sale prices at up to 3 stores and shows the best price, best store, and savings.

What you get: a BLANK workbook, a SAMPLE workbook filled with fictional example data, and a README. Dropdowns reject typed entries that aren’t on their list; text pasted into a cell can bypass this check. Each sheet is set up to print one page wide on US Letter paper.
