An evidence-first companion for character creators who already use a reference-capable image generator. Open Start_Here.html after extracting the ZIP, then use Studio.html to define observable identity locks, import PNG/JPEG/WebP references, assign evidence roles and approval states, compose still or motion prompts with exact approved image IDs, inspect externally generated candidates against a selected reference and record why they were approved or rejected. Download the text prompt package and upload the actual selected image files separately in your own image tool. Export a portable JSON backup containing resized imported images, shot fields and decisions. Six editable, print-ready worksheets cover identity, five views, poses, expressions, outfit/props and shot continuity. Three two-page Iona Mercer examples provide a fully worked decision record for each sheet; ungenerated angles, expressions, archive scene and animation are explicitly labeled unverified. The original near-front photographic reference is supplied. PDF usage guide included inside the ZIP. No account, installed app or network connection required to use the kit; third-party generation is separate and may have fees. Browser local-file storage is best-effort, so download JSON backups. This is a human review and production workflow, not a biometric matcher or guarantee of character consistency. No AI generations beyond the source image are included.
