Product description
A no-macro spreadsheet that shows your bank balance for every day from one payday to the next, so you can see a tight week coming before it arrives.
Most budgets tell you what you spend in a month. This planner also shows when the money leaves your account. Enter your pay, bills, everyday spending budgets and savings pots once, and it builds a day-by-day forecast of your balance up to your next payday.
Features
- Day-by-day forecast: running balance for each day of the pay period (up to 35 days), with money in, bills out, daily spending and savings transfers.
- Low-balance warnings: days that drop below the warning level you choose are highlighted, and days below zero are flagged "Overdrawn!".
- Dashboard: monthly summary (income, bills, spending, savings, left over), pay period totals, lowest projected balance and the date it happens.
- Savings pots: up to 6 goals with target, monthly contribution, progress and months to go.
- Flexible pay schedules: monthly, four-weekly, fortnightly or weekly pay, plus an optional next-payday override for weekends and holidays.
- Room for your numbers: up to 6 income sources, 15 bills and 10 spending categories.
- Hard to break: you type only in the light yellow cells. Formula cells are locked, with no password, so you can unlock them if you want to change the layout.
- Any currency: amounts have no currency symbol.
- No macros, add-ins or sign-up needed.
What's included
