European Houses - a modular building kit with 15 complete, fully furnished European houses for open-world, RPG, simulation, life-sim, survival, shooter and visualization projects.

Every house is assembled from the same modular pieces on a 2 m grid, so you can open any house, take it apart and build your own old-town streets and villages.

• 354 static meshes: 178 architecture pieces (render, brick and stone walls, casement windows with transoms, hinged louvered shutters, panelled door with stone surround, French balcony doors, stone plinth and quoins, half-timber frame overlays for walls and gables, balconies, flower boxes, floors, interior walls with doors, stairs, clay tile / barrel tile / slate roofs, chimney) and 176 furniture, kitchen, bath, garage and yard props

• European interior details: panel radiators under the windows, tiled stove with warm bench, kitchen dresser with plate rack, bidet, chandeliers, fitted kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, studies, laundry

• 4 master materials + 256 material instances: recolour render, trim, doors, shutters, timber, roof tiles, walls, wood and fabrics (Tint / Color parameters); 15 ready colour palettes

• 21 tileable PBR texture sets (Base Color, Normal, ORM)

• Demo map with all houses, a kit overview map with every piece and its name, 15 house levels with room lights

Game-ready: simple box collision (wall collision split around openings, so doors and windows are walkable), LODs on heavier meshes, lightmap UVs, door leaves with the pivot on the hinge, real-world scale.

Formats: Unreal Engine 5.8 project, FBX (one file per mesh, UCX collision) and Blender 5.2 (kit library + houses).

All meshes and textures were created by the publisher with Blender Python - no generative AI, no third-party or Epic Games content.
