Brew / Revision — Home Café Formula Log is a focused recordkeeping kit for people who already make customized coffee drinks at home. Write a baseline, change one recorded variable, note the adjustment and your observation, then choose whether to keep, revert or test again.

Included: one five-sheet editable XLSX workbook; an eight-page US Letter print companion; an eight-page A4 print companion; a blank CSV trial-log starter; README; and personal/household-use license. The six-file buyer ZIP contains only final customer files. The PDFs are printable pages, not fillable forms.

The workbook contains Start Here, Trial Log, Formula Scaler, Keeper Index and Fictional Example. The scaler multiplies numeric ingredient amounts by target servings divided by base servings and preserves the typed unit label in a separate result column. It does not convert units, infer density or brew yield, select serving definitions, or validate a formula. Sample arithmetic was recalculated and checked in LibreOffice.

The companion provides a practical iteration loop, baseline formula card, one-change trial record, neutral next-test prompts, keeper card and a clearly fictional filled example. The example is invented demonstration content, not a tested drink, recommendation or customer result. A separate three-page static PDF content sample shows genuine excerpts; it is not the full kit or editable source.

This is a personal recordkeeping aid, not a recipe library, barista course, caffeine guide or food-safety resource. No coffee, ingredients, equipment or physical stationery is included. No taste, repeatability, sales or other outcome is guaranteed. Physical printing and compatibility across spreadsheet applications were not tested or certified. Printer appearance and software behavior may vary. Personal/household use only; redistribution and resale of the files are prohibited. Preview mockups are illustrative; scene props are not included.
