Track what you spend as a wedding guest or wedding party member. This .xlsx workbook has a Budget sheet, a Spending sheet with room for 90 items, and a Weddings sheet for up to 12 weddings.

How it works: enter a total budget and a budget for each wedding. On the Spending sheet, pick the wedding and a category (10 choices, from shower gift and attire to travel and hotel), add the item, budget, and actual cost, then set a status. The Budget sheet adds everything up per wedding, per category, and overall, shows spent and remaining, and marks anything over budget with the words “Over budget,” not just a color. A Shared Costs sheet works out your share of a group gift or a shared rental, and your share counts toward your totals. An Events sheet tracks dates and RSVPs, and a Deal Tracker compares prices at up to 3 stores.

What you get: a BLANK workbook, a SAMPLE workbook filled with fictional example data, and a README. Every dropdown has a short help message. Dropdowns reject typed entries that aren’t on their list; text pasted into a cell can bypass this check. Each sheet is set up to print one page wide on US Letter paper. The print layout was checked as PDF; it has not been test-printed on paper.
