Checking an AI clip by looking at 2-3 frames cannot show which way things move or what happens in the last second, which is exactly where generated clips fail. This kit gives you a repeatable QA gate system built while producing a real AI-video series.

What you get

• clip_qa.py: samples every 0.25 s, subtracts camera motion, flags STILL, WRONG WAY, FINAL BURST, JUMP, FLICKER, FREEZE and builds a contact sheet (a frame every 0.5 s) for review

• 10-point clip checklist (action, direction, ending, character consistency, anatomy, extras, liveliness, style, stability, length) with pass / tolerate / redo rules

• 7-point final-video checklist (hook, subtitles, continuity, transitions, ending, loudness, specs) with ffmpeg snippets

Works with any generator (Veo, Seedance, Kling, Runway...). Needs Python with OpenCV. Flags are hints, not verdicts: head turns can cause false direction flags. Single-user commercial license.
