How to pay on Getly: card, Apple Pay or USDT/USDC

This tutorial walks through a purchase on Getly from the cart to the downloaded file. It covers both ways to pay, card (with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them) and USDT/USDC stablecoins, what happens if you have no account, where the files arrive, how the 30-day refund window works, and what to do if your card is declined. A first purchase takes about two minutes.

Step 1: put the product in your cart

Open the product page and press Add to cart. You can add products from several stores; they are paid together in one checkout. Then open the cart from the icon at the top of the page.

Before you pay, check three things in the cart:

  • The price. Prices on Getly are in US dollars, and the payment is charged in USD. Your bank converts it if your card is in another currency.
  • The options. Some products have a pay-what-you-want price (enter your amount), a choice of license, or a time period for timed access. Pick before paying.
  • A coupon, if the seller gave you one. Enter it in the coupon field; the total updates before you pay.

Free products skip payment entirely: the button changes and the files go straight to your email and library.

Step 2: log in, or just enter your email

You do not need an account to buy. If you are not logged in, the cart shows a field "Email for your purchase". Your files and receipt go to that address. Type it carefully: if it does not look like a real address, the field says so and you can correct it before paying.

If you have an account, log in first and the purchase goes straight into your library. If you buy as a guest, you can still attach the files to an account later in one click (see step 5).

Step 3a: pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

Press Pay with card. You go to a secure hosted checkout page where you enter the card number, expiry date and the code on the back. Card details are entered on that payment page, not on Getly, and we never see your full card number.

  • Apple Pay appears on the checkout page in Safari on an iPhone, iPad or Mac with a card in Wallet.
  • Google Pay appears in Chrome or on Android when you have a card saved in Google Pay.
  • If you do not see them, your browser or device does not offer them there. The normal card form works the same way.

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code (3-D Secure). Approve it, and you are sent back to Getly. The minimum order by card is $0.50. On your card statement the charge shows Getly, not the individual seller.

Step 3b: pay with USDT or USDC

Press Pay with USDT / USDC. You need a crypto wallet or an exchange account. The next page is an invoice from our payment provider with an exact amount and a wallet address, not a card form.

  1. Choose the coin and the network. Buyers can pay on Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain (BSC), Polygon and Solana. Pick the network your wallet or exchange actually sends on: USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum are different networks, and sending on the wrong one means the money does not arrive at the invoice.
  2. Copy the address and the exact amount, or scan the QR code with your wallet app.
  3. Send the payment. Files are delivered once the network confirms it, usually within minutes.

Paying from an exchange? Most exchanges take their network fee out of the amount you send. Add the fee on top, so the full invoice amount arrives. If less arrives, the order is not completed. This is the single most common crypto problem we see, and it is easy to avoid.

Step 4: where the files arrive

After the payment goes through, you land on the order page. If your order has one file, the download starts by itself; if it does not, press the download button there.

At the same time a receipt arrives by email. It lists every file you bought with its own download link, and those links work without logging in for 30 days. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check the spam or promotions folder for a message from Getly.store.

If you have an account, everything is also in My library (the Purchases page), where you can download again later. If nothing has been downloaded 24 hours after the purchase, we send one reminder email with the same links.

Step 5: guest? Save your files to an account

On the order page and in the email there is an option to save these files to an account. It sends a sign-in link to the email you used at checkout. Opening that link is the whole process: your guest order already belongs to that email, so once you are signed in, the purchase is in your library. No password is needed; Getly logs you in with Google, GitHub or a link sent to your email.

Step 6: if something is wrong, request a refund

Every purchase has a refund window of at least 30 days. If a file does not open, does not match the description, or is not what the listing promised, request a refund:

  1. Open your purchases (My library) and find the order.
  2. Press Request refund and describe the problem in a few sentences. Be specific: which file, what happens when you open it.
  3. The Getly team reviews the request. A discussion with the seller also opens, so you can sort it out together while the request is reviewed; often the seller simply sends a fixed file.

If the refund is approved, a card payment goes back to the same card automatically, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. A crypto payment cannot be reversed automatically, so an approved crypto refund is sent manually by the Getly team to your wallet, and you get an email when it is done. Refunds are reviewed by a person, case by case.

If your card is declined

A decline happens on the payment page, and a declined payment does not charge you. The page tells you the card was not accepted, and you can try again right there. Go through these in order:

  • Check the details: card number, expiry date, the code on the back, and the billing postcode if asked.
  • Confirm in your bank app. Many declines are a 3-D Secure confirmation that timed out. Try again and approve it quickly.
  • Online and international payments. Getly is operated by Uravia OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, so some banks treat the charge as an international online payment. If your card has those switched off, turn them on in your banking app, or call the bank.
  • Try another way: a different card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or USDT/USDC.
  • Too many attempts. If the cart says there were too many checkout attempts, wait one minute and try again.

If the cart itself says it could not start the payment, nothing was charged; try again in a minute. If the problem stays, write to support from the contact page with the time of the attempt, and we will look it up.

What Getly does not accept

PayPal is not accepted. Bank transfer, cash and other cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin are not supported either. The options are card (with Apple Pay and Google Pay where available) and USDT or USDC.
