I built these two back to back because they solve the same problem from opposite ends.
The Freelancer's AI Prompt Vault came first — 120+ prompts organized by outcome (client acquisition, pricing, portfolio, retention), because I kept seeing the same complaint: AI can save you time, but staring at a blank chat box wondering what to type is just a different kind of writer's block. Every prompt in it has a real variable structure, not just generic text to copy-paste.
Right after that, I built the Freelance Client CRM & Project Tracker — because prompts get you the client, but then you need somewhere to actually track them. It's a full spreadsheet system: client pipeline, project status, invoice log, all feeding a live dashboard that updates itself. No monthly software fee, just one file.
Together they cover both halves of running client work — what to say, and where to track it once they say yes.
