VaultPilot is a policy-gated autonomous DeFi mandate allocator for institutional and internal capital. It is designed to allocate assets across approved on-chain strategies while enforcing deterministic risk, liquidity, oracle, and dependency constraints. Features: - Funds remain in vault/accounting contracts, not in an operator wallet. - The allocator may move assets only into approved strategies and inside caps. - Risk-reducing actions are immediate. - Risk-increasing actions require stronger approval or delay. - A pause stops new deposits and risk-increasing actions only — user withdrawals, redemption claims, and emergency de-risking stay live. - External AI/LLM agents may analyze and propose evidence, but they cannot sign or execute arbitrary fund movements. - No project token, retail launch, leverage, bridging, LP strategy, or production deployment is included in the first phase. - contracts/script/DeploySelfHosted.s.sol deploys and wires the policy modules. - contracts/script/ActivateSelfHosted.s.sol advances adapters through delayed PROBATION/ACTIVE stages. - runtime/src/service.ts runs the orchestrator, live chain reads, bounded executor, monitor/sentinel loop, and durable JSONL journal. --- *Trading software carries risk of financial loss.
