No drinking games, no dares and nothing that puts one person on the spot. Anyone can pass. No game needs running or lifting, and every game has seated roles.

The spreadsheet: type your party date and every timeline step gets a due date and weekday. It adds up the budget (estimated, actual, difference, budget left, cost per guest), counts RSVPs (Yes, No, Maybe, no reply, in person, remote, extra guests, expected guests) and shows how many guests listed a dietary or accessibility need. RSVP, Joining and the Yes/No columns are set to accept only their listed values. It does not use the computer’s clock.

Compatibility: Tested in LibreOffice Calc. Google Sheets not tested. Excel not tested.

The PDFs were checked on screen; they have not been test-printed on paper. Every page keeps a white edge of at least 0.5 inch. Fonts are embedded.
