  • Row checks (OK / CHECK) and one overall status cell. Formula cells are locked (no password); your input cells are not. Percent cells take plain numbers: type 10 for 10%, no % sign (fee, margin floor and discount 0–99, conversion rate 0–100; for fee, floor and discount a number above 0 and below 1 is marked CHECK, so those cannot be under 1%; a conversion rate under 1 is allowed and shows a reminder); inputs reject text and negative numbers with a short message.

How the math works: sale price = list price × (1 − discount). Fees = sale price × your fee % + your fixed fee (one-unit order). Profit = sale price − unit cost − fees. Lowest price for your floor = (unit cost + fixed fee) ÷ (1 − fee % − floor %), rounded up to the cent.

Tested: LibreOffice Calc 25.2 on Linux (calculations and printing). Excel not tested. Google Sheets not tested. No macros.

Limitations: You enter all fees yourself. Carrier cutoff dates are not included. Ship-by skips weekends, not holidays. 2026 dates only. Not included: income tax, sales tax/VAT, refunds, shipping costs, ad spend. Don’t insert or delete rows.
