The zip contains meal.xlsx, instructions.md (5 minute setup, each formula explained in plain language, how to extend the dropdown range, fixes for the two common import complaints) and README.md. The workbook ships with a filled sample week, 16 sample grocery rows and 10 sample price logs, all marked, so the math is visible before you type anything. The watchlist uses MINIFS, so it works in Google Sheets, LibreOffice and Excel 2019 or newer. On older Excel, instructions.md gives the array formula that does the same job.
