Set the table. Make something together. Make / Meet is an English-language, ready-to-run 90-minute craft gathering for 4–8 people. Guests build three beginner-friendly collaborative paper projects: a layered landscape, a line of signal flags, and a tiny tabletop museum. Makers can adapt a step, partner up, observe, or pass on sharing. It is a host guide with real activities, not a party-game deck.

• 9-page illustrated US Letter host-guide PDF: timed plan, setup, supply list and low-cost substitutions, welcome script, three activity walkthroughs, flexible participation cues, and cleanup.
• 6-page US Letter print-sheets PDF and separate 6-page A4 print-sheets PDF. Each contains three full-page activity cards, one sheet with three cut-apart table signs, eight optional place cards, and eight pocket-museum labels.
• Three editable HTML layouts, reproducible PDF build script, README, and license.

Materials are buyer-supplied. Gather clean scrap paper or packaging board, a backing sheet, markers or crayons, paper tape or glue, scissors, string or clips, and a scrap tray. Substitutions include cereal-box board for cardstock, clips instead of glue, tearing instead of cutting, and arranging flags flat instead of stringing a garland. No physical supplies, food, beverages, printer, or online service is included.

Use: read the host guide, gather what you have, print either US Letter or A4 sheets, and follow the 90-minute schedule. Keep the printed activity cards nearby; a display presentation is not included or required. Ask before changing another maker’s contribution or photographing a guest or name card.

Formats and limits: The PDFs are fixed-layout. The included HTML files can be edited by someone comfortable with HTML; no dedicated design-app file is included. Exact counts: 9-page US Letter host guide; 6-page US Letter print sheets; 6-page A4 print sheets. The host guide is US Letter; print sheets are supplied separately in US Letter and A4. PDF files were rendered and digitally checked, but physical printing, cutting, assembly, specific printer/app compatibility, and screen-reader accessibility were not tested. Printers may change scaling, margins, and color; test one page first. Follow the tool and adhesive makers’ instructions. No craft supplies are included.

License: One purchaser may use the kit for their own personal or noncommercial community gatherings of up to 8 people total, including the host, and print attendee-facing pages as needed for those gatherings. Private HTML edits for the purchaser’s hosting are allowed. Do not share, upload, publish, resell, sublicense, or redistribute digital files; do not commercially resell or redistribute printed copies. Participants decide what happens to their artwork.
