Most nail studios take bookings in the same Telegram chat where clients ask questions, send reference photos and haggle over prices. Appointments scroll away between memes and follow-ups. A client cancels while you are mid-appointment, and you find out the next morning.
The Nail Salon Booking Bot replaces that chat with a structured flow. It is self-hosted software you run on your own server, priced once at $79. No monthly fees.
What the client sees
A client opens the bot and picks a service: gel manicure, French tips, nail art, repair. Each service carries its price and duration, and add-ons adjust both. The bot shows a live calendar with real free slots and marks closed days automatically. The client enters a name and phone number, confirms, and gets a booking number.
Later the client can view, cancel or reschedule from the "My bookings" screen, inside the rules you set. The bot sends reminders before each visit.
What you see
Every booking lands in your admin channel and admin panel. From there you manage services and prices, set working hours, breaks and closed days per weekday, and generate slots for a day or a whole period.
The analytics screen shows bookings, revenue, average check, popular services and weekdays, and slot load. You also get portfolio and social links, an optional subscription gate for a channel, one-click backups with rotation and a system health check. Client numbers use international E.164 format, and timezone and currency are configurable.
What is in the download
Complete Python source code (aiogram 3, SQLite, APScheduler), a Dockerfile and docker compose setup, systemd deploy scripts for an Ubuntu VPS, a 16-step first-launch guide, full documentation and more than 1,000 automated tests.
Setup takes about 30 minutes: a server with 1 vCPU and 1 GB RAM or Docker on your own machine, plus a free bot token from @BotFather. Daily use needs no coding.
