Sorin features a precision interlocking sheet metal design that requires no welding, screws, or special tools for assembly. All components are designed for accurate laser cutting and can be assembled in just a few minutes by following the included assembly video.
The grill offers a generous 750 × 300 mm cooking area and includes three adjustable charcoal tray positions (100, 150, and 200 mm) for precise heat control. In addition, the upper side panels provide three skewer angle positions, allowing you to adjust the food for better cooking styles.
The design is optimized for 2 mm sheet metal and can be manufactured from mild steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum, depending on your desired balance between durability, corrosion resistance, and weight.
