What it does:

1. Triggers the instant a call is missed (via Twilio webhook)

2. AI sends a short, personalized "sorry we missed you" SMS within seconds, referencing the practice's own treatment menu

3. When the client replies, an AI agent holds the conversation — asking one question at a time until it has their name, treatment of interest, new/returning status, and preferred consultation time

4. The AI is explicitly instructed to never quote prices or give medical advice over text

5. Once qualified, it automatically messages you on Telegram with the full lead details
