One bad tenant can cost you $5,000+. This kit gives self-managing landlords a complete screening system: an Excel scorecard with automatic APPROVE/REVIEW/DECLINE bands and applicant ranking, a fake-document red-flag checklist for spotting AI-generated pay stubs and bank statements, a step-by-step verification workflow with employer callback scripts, and copy-paste adverse-action letter templates. Built for the fraud wave Checkr's 2026 landlord survey flagged — 82% worried about application fraud, 67% say AI fakes are harder to catch, 46% already lost $5,000+ to a bad tenant.
