Customer fills in a simple Google Form (order number + reason), and automatically gets a return label by email. This workflow finds the right Shopify order via a direct, reliable API call (n8n's built-in Shopify search turned out not to support an order-number filter — fixed here), requests a return label from Sendcloud, and sends it via Gmail. End-to-end tested: the right order was found among multiple existing orders, and the email was actually sent.
