Log every crypto trade and see what is actually working. Bilingual English/中文 labels. Comes with 20 sample trades marked [EXAMPLE]; the Settings sheet tells you exactly which cells to clear (Trades!B4:J23).

What you get (one .xlsx file, 4 sheets: Settings, Dashboard, Trades, Monthly Report)

• Trades sheet for up to 500 trades (rows 4–503): date, symbol, strategy, Long/Short, entry, exit, quantity, fees, stop. P/L, R-multiple, running balance and drawdown are calculated for you.

• Open positions: leave Exit blank and the trade shows OPEN. It is left out of the closed-trade stats and is not treated as an error.

• Dashboard: closed trades, wins, win rate, total P/L, balance, return, average win/loss (average loss counts losing trades only), profit factor, best/worst trade, average R, max drawdown, open trades, plus an equity-curve chart covering all 500 rows (after your last trade the line stays flat at the latest balance).

• Monthly Report: P/L, trades, wins and win rate for each month of the year you set in Settings, with yearly totals.

• Built-in checks: the starting balance must be a number greater than 0. Trade rows with bad data (text where a number or date should be, zero/negative or absurdly large numbers above 1e9, invalid dates, direction other than Long/Short) are marked CHECK and left out of the totals. Warnings appear on the Dashboard and the Trades sheet. Anything typed below row 503 turns red and is reported as not counted.

Requirements: uses only long-established functions (no MAXIFS/MINIFS, XLOOKUP or other new functions), no macros. Tested in Google Sheets (File → Import) and LibreOffice. Excel 2010+ should work but has not been tested yet.
